Raleigh, NC, August 01, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Robbie Ferris, president and CEO of SFL + a Architects, has announced that George Shields joined the firm as Cad Manager and Job Captain. In this position, Shields will be responsible for implementing and integrating a new Cad Program to form new office standards, as well as overseeing the training for all Cad Technicians at the firm.
Shields has more than 21 years of industry experience. He holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from The State University of New York at Farmingdale, and has completed four years of study at The New York Institute of Technology in the Architecture Program. A native of Long Island, N.Y., Shields resides in Clayton.
