Tecfen Corporation Announces Joint Venture with Soft Logic, Inc to Create Tecfen Medical

Santa Barbara, CA, February 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Tecfen Corporation, a leading distributor of Ophthalmic, Ear Nose & Throat, and General Surgical products to doctors, clinics and hospitals in over 120 countries worldwide announces that it will join forces with Soft Logic, Inc. to create a joint venture partnership in order to expand its U.S. reach. The new name of the combined entities is Tecfen Medical. This union of two well-established distributors will build upon the solid history of developing long lasting business relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction from beginning to end. Gene Ekonomi will be Tecfen Medical's CEO; Kristine Witzel will serve as President, and Kerim Ekonomi as Vice-President.
