FIRST Robotics Team 3196 Going for 1st Place with Harlem Shake Video
Team 3196 (Ingersoll Rand / Nitro Manufacturing / Newell Rubbermaid / United Technologies / PTC / AeroDyn Wind Tunnel / EnergyUnited / Time Warner Cable/General Microcircuits & Pine Lake Preparatory), located in Mooresville, NC is a team of 39 high school students. The team was a Dean's List winner at the 2012 World Championships. Mooresville, NC, February 21, 2013 --(PR.com)-- In FIRST FRC, high school aged students from around the world design and build robots to perform a specific mission during an intense six weeks in January and February. The teams then compete in Regional and International competitions in March and April.
As a lead up to this year's competitive season, robot parts supplier AndyMark is hosting a Harlem Shake video competition for the most views by February 26th, 2013.
