Zablud has 36 years of industry experience. Prior to joining SfL+a Architects, she served as a controller for a local residential and commercial building group in Raleigh, as well as a controller for a national franchise specializing in application and technical software training based in Durham. Zablud graduated from Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y., with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A native of Endwell, N.Y., Zablud resides in Cary, N.C., with her two sons.
