Southeast Regional Manager Joins McKim & Creed

Tampa, FL, February 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- McKim & Creed, Inc., an engineering, geospatial sciences and planning firm with offices throughout the U.S., announces that Robert Garland, PE, PG has joined the company as Southeast regional manager. In this role, Garland will lead the company’s continuing growth within the municipal water, wastewater, stormwater and reclaimed water markets.

During his nearly 30-year career, Garland has managed and directed technical services and strategic operations for engineering firms throughout the Southeast. He is an active member of the American Public Works Association and was recently elected vice president of the Florida chapter. Garland is also a professional geologist and licensed contractor in several states.
