2012 Record Year for Self-Storage Advisor The BSC Group

The firm successfully executed 36 transactions on 73 properties totaling $176 million last year. The deals utilized a wide range of financing vehicles, including Small Business Administration (SBA), insurance/portfolio, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), regional bank, local bank, hard money/bridge, equity and credit union loans.
The BSC Group is also having an extremely productive first quarter in the new year, with more $45 million closed and another approximately $79 million under application at present and expected to fund in the first quarter.
