Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan Expands Phoenix Office with Addition of Dinita L. James
Phoenix, AZ, March 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP (“GSH”) announced today that Dinita L. James has joined the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office. “With Dinita’s extensive experience litigating employment and complex commercial matters, we expect that her 20+ years of experience will be of great benefit to GSH and our clients,” said Steven Gerber, Equity Partner and Employment Group Co-Chair of the firm.
Ms. James will focus her practice in the areas of employment law and litigation, having litigated complex matters in state and federal court, including large employment discrimination class actions and wage and hour collective actions. She represents employers in defense anti-discrimination, whistleblower protection, and anti-retaliation matters, and in enforcement of non-competition and other restrictive covenants. Her experience also includes defense of consumer and securities class actions, arbitration of civil and commercial matters, and in False Claims Act litigation and defense of corporate directors and officers in shareholder derivative actions.
Ms. James is AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected for inclusion on the Southwest Super Lawyers® list, the Best Lawyers® list in Labor and Employment Law, and was named one of “Florida's Legal Elite" by Florida Trend magazine.
