HOBY Arizona to Partner with Grand Canyon University as Its Host University in 2013
Phoenix, AZ, March 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Arizona Chapter of Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY), the nation’s premier not-for-profit youth leadership development organization, announced that it has reached an agreement with Grand Canyon University to host the 2013 HOBY Arizona Youth Leadership Summit from June 6-9, 2013.
“We are very pleased to be working closely with an outstanding institution of learning like Grand Canyon University. They are an elite school that is dedicated to developing leadership in their students, which is very important to both our organizations,” said Ron Gillet, Chairman of the Board for HOBY Arizona.
Grand Canyon University was founded in 1949 and is Arizona’s premier private Christian university. GCU offers traditional programs on its growing campus, as well as online bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs. The University’s curriculum fuses academic and clinical rigor with Christian values to prepare its students to be skilled, caring professionals. For more information about GCU, visit www.gcu.edu.
