Ian Anderson’s Caves Branch Adventure Company & Jungle Lodge Announces Facebook Contest Winner for February

Belmopan, Belize, March 05, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The “Picture your Adventure in Belize” is the first ever Facebook photo contest that Caves Branch has had. The contest started on February 1st, 2013 and ran for a month. Each month there will be a new contest and Caves Branch will select a new winner.

Ian Anderson, owner of Caves Branch expressed his gratitude to those who participated in the contest for February, “We would like to say thank you to all of our 97 contestants for this month! This would not have been a contest without you.” He also mentioned that the photo with the most votes, a total of 397 was gathered by Artur of Los Angeles. His picture was of a Jaguar at the Belize zoo with its tongue on Artur’s forehead through a cage! This was a very bold and daring, adventurous picture.

Mr. Artur won the grand prize of a three night’s stay at Ian Anderson’s Caves Branch Jungle Lodge for two in one of the jungle suites. If upon arrival, a Belize tree house is available – the winner’s accommodations will be upgraded. As winner, he will receive two single day adventures, all meals and drinks and accommodations for the three nights. Ian Anderson said, “We are excited to meet and welcome Mr. Artur to the lodge!”

There will be another contest launched on the “WIN” tab on their Facebook page for March 2013. To participate, contestants must submit a picture of themselves at Caves Branch Jungle Lodge or doing something adventurous. They can ask their friends and families to “Vote” for their picture. The most popular picture for each month’s submissions wins the prize. The contest is open to anyone who wants to win an adventure in Belize.

Ian Anderson wishes all future contestants lots of luck on the next photo contest. He is excited to see who the new winner will be for March’s contest.
