Binghamton, NY, March 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC is proud to introduce the PRO 999D PLUS RA TC Tire Changer. It includes 5,500 lb bead breaking force, a Helper Arm, High-Powered Bead Blaster, Plastic turntable clamp protectors (set of 4); Plastic protector for bead breaker; 2 piece replacement inserts for duckheads (set of 3); and 4 Tire Bead assist tools.
Larger and Thicker Turntable Dismounting 11-29" rim and max, tire diameter 39". "S" linkage design on turntable clamps, ensure firm even grip to prevent rim from slipping. Powerful under turntable cylinders hold clamps firmly in place.
Taller vertical post, dismounting max, tire width 12". The 40A silver contact universal switch is more than twice the needed amperage.
The hexangular shift is made of heavy duty steel, which prevents distortion when operating the 11-29" stiff tire. Foot Pedal Assembly is made of from high quality steel making it durable and unbreakable. Rim clamps are casted with fine alloy steel, and processed with high precision.
The Dismounting head is made of special steel material, and is equipped with a bead pressing device (assist roller). It can be engaged or parked.
The PRO 999D PLUS RA TC is also equipped with right aid arm HF200A, two pressing positions, and tire support plate to dismount flat and large tires easily to minimize labor time.
This tire changer machine also features a powerful bead breaker cylinder made of non-corrosive stainless steel for long life, with 5500lbs. of force. It also boasts a 110 volt copper wound motor.
