Better Get Ready! - The New Album from Grafted is Now Available

Columbus, IN, August 06, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Grafted, a contemporary Christian band based in Indiana, has just released their latest album - Better Get Ready! A CD Release Party is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. August 12 at The Park Theatre in North Vernon, Indiana. Tickets are free and donations are accepted.

Better Get Ready! is a departure from Grafted's first CD - Enough - which was primarily a praise and worship compilation. The new album is much higher energy and is closer to the live Grafted concert experience.

Better Get Ready! contains 10 tracks, 7 of which are original compositions. Special guests on the CD include the Jennings County High School Swing Choir and Jim Bryant, well known local musician and father of Tony Bryant, the band's lead guitarist and producer of Better Get Ready!

Grafted began in the fall of 2005 with the purpose of using their talents to glorify God and bring people closer to Him. They have been compared to a “Christian version of the Eagles” and bring with them many years of musical experience. Each member not only brings talent to the group but they also bring their own style and musical influences. Grafted is a fusion of contemporary Christian, rock, country, with a sprinkle of southern gospel. Although their music is diverse, their goal is simple - Bring glory to God and point people to Him. “If people are entertained in the process that’s fine but if the ministry is lost, there is no point.”
