“Everything has tripled – from our membership and merchandise sales, to the number of people on our staff, to the number of products we offer in our expansive showroom. We had to find a larger space to accommodate growth,” explained the South Shore’s DirectBuy franchise owner John Massaria.
DirectBuy’s new showroom displays home furnishings and accessories, home entertainment, home improvement and outdoor living vignettes from many well-known manufacturers. There are also several ordering stations with staff designers and manufacturer service representatives on-hand to assist members with their product selections.
