Maus Media Group Wins Telly Award for “McEwen’s Mark” Episode Honoring Bruce Rossmeyer and Family
"McEwen's Mark" interview on Bruce Rossmeyer's Destination Daytona, produced by Maus Media Group, wins Telly Award for excellence in Film and Video.
Orlando, FL, March 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- In December 2012, Maus Media Group produced an episode of “McEwen’s Mark,” honoring the late Bruce Rossmeyer and the legacy his family continues to uphold. The program featuring the Rossmeyer family has received a Telly Award for excellence in the Film and Video category.
The Telly Awards originated in 1978 to pay tribute to the finest local, regional and cable television commercials. Since then, they’ve grown to honor non-broadcast video and television program categories as well. They are among the most sought-after awards by large international firms and local production agencies, alike.
This year alone, more than 13,000 entries from across the nation were submitted, and the production by Maus Media Group ranked among the very best. The half-hour program depicts the heart-warming story of how Bruce Rossmeyer’s family has continued the business operation of the largest Harley-Davidson dealership in the world and kept his legacy alive through annual events and charity contributions after his tragic passing in July 2009.
“I’ve been very lucky that my kids have wanted to stay in the family business,” says Sandy Rossmeyer, “Bruce set a great foundation for his children; they’re just continuing his dream.”
The interview-style episode was lead by Mark McEwen, known for his role on The Early Show, and will air on CBS’s Orlando-affiliate station, WKMG, on March 9 at 7:30 PM and March 10 at 5:30 and 11:30 AM.
