Los Angeles, CA, August 07, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Woman City is a book based on three women (one Black and two White) who lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Because of the hardship they experienced in the city, they decided to move to a small, abandoned town (ghost town) in western South Dakota. One of the women's fathers owns the land. The women put the sign, Woman City, at the entrance of the town. The local rednecks saw it and shot it down. High friction built up between the women, the local sheriff, and the local rednecks. More women joined the women group and a war began between the women and the rednecks.

The state got involved and it all got messy at the end.

Sidi Benzahra wrote Woman City to help women who were raped and abused heal.
