Rikkers qualified as one of the top commercial brokers in the Office Leasing category. In addition, both Apter and Rikkers qualified as two of the top commercial brokers in the Retail Leasing category. In order to be selected for this honor, Rikkers and Apter were measured against commercial real estate brokers active in the region by CoStar Group and subsequently ranked among the top brokers in the market.
Among Rikkers’ significant transactions that closed in 2012 were Navitus Health Solutions, Luminex Corporation and Sub-Zero. Apter’s significant transactions include A Woman’s Touch, Associated Podiatrists and Navitus Health Solutions.
