Phil Hagood, DMC-E, has joined the growing team of Pro Telecom Solutions in the role of Mid-South Account Manager. He is based in the newly opened Memphis, Tennessee branch. Phil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group and is excited about the opportunity to join a successful and rapidly growing organization.

Phil Hagood’s responsibilities will include business development efforts in the Mid-South / Greater Memphis, Tennessee area as well as providing technical advisory support to the rest of the Pro Telecom Solutions team – both in business development / client support and installation / integration work of technicians.

Phil’s classification of DMC-E, or Digital Media Certified Engineer, will bring further opportunity to Pro Telecom Solutions, enabling the company to pursue opportunities in highly complex arenas which previously were unavailable to the organization. The DMC-E program details every aspect of system installation and commissioning. DM certified Engineers demonstrate proficiency in system setup, diagnostics, testing and reporting. Only a DMC-E is equipped to fully execute and support a DM (Digital Media) project.
