Peopleintheknow.com is Being Acquired by Integrated Business Solutions LLC for $225,000
Atlanta, GA, August 07, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Integrated Business Solutions LLC has agreed to purchase eighty percent of Peopleintheknow.com for $225,000. Peopleintheknow.com previous CEO Bobby Ellis of Businessesinthknow.com will retain 20% ownership and will stay with the new company until January 1st, 2008.
Businessesintheknow.com a division of Peopleintheknow.com and will be separated once the deal closes in late August. In a separate press release Bobby Ellis said, “Businessesintheknow.com will be my focus now. We grew Peopleintheknow.com to over 10,000 subscribers in six months, and published over 150 articles in its first ninety days of operations. I believe the new owners will be able to dedicate the time and resources needed to take the online publications global. Frankly, we just did not have to resources to take it to the next level.”
Peopleintheknow.com will continue to focus on helping entrepreneurs and business leaders access the necessary resources needed to grow their operation. Integrated Business Solution will integrate the lessons they teach and coach to start-up firms into the publication. According to Integrated Business Solutions Executive Vice President Mark Dowell, “Bobby and his team did a great job growing it membership list.
