Sequoyah Technologies Acquires Cyte Technologies
Tulsa, OK, March 10, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Sequoyah Technologies LLC, a Tulsa-based leader in information infrastructure and technology solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Tulsa-based Cyte Technologies, Inc – a privately-held, provider of SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems for 15 years. The acquisition will build upon Sequoyah’s expertise and leadership in helping customers better visualize data capture and movement as well assist them in managing risk throughout their IT infrastructure. Sequoyah’s acquisition of Cyte was effective as of March 1, 2013.
The combination of Cyte with industry-leading customized technology and SaaS (software as a service) systems from Sequoyah will significantly extend Sequoyah’s powerful solutions portfolio for capturing, storing and visualizing data, managing risk, while enabling customers to implement customized systems that fit their business.
