MMI Sponsors Wake Education Partnership’s 30th Annual Pieces of Gold Performance
Raleigh Public Relations Firm Sponsors Student Performance Celebrating 30 Years of Arts Education
Raleigh, NC, March 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Robert Buhler, President of MMI Public Relations (http://www.mmipublicrelations.com), a full-service public relations firm, has announced that the firm will sponsor Wake Education Partnership’s 30th annual Pieces of Gold performance at the Duke Energy Center for Performing Arts Memorial Auditorium on Wednesday, March 13 at 7 p.m. The performance will highlight student talent from around the community, and will honor and celebrate 30 years of arts education in Wake County. Recognizing the dedication of students, faculty and staff, this year’s Pieces of Gold presentation will feature performances by more than 800 Wake County public school students from 28 different schools.
Of the 45 schools that auditioned, the following were chosen to participate:
- Elementary schools: Barwell Road, Briarcliff, Cedar Fork, Combs, Conn, Fuquay-Varina, Lacy, Millbrook, North Forest Pines, North Ridge, Oak Grove, Smith, Sycamore Creek, Underwood, Walnut Creek, Washington and Zebulon.
- Middle schools: Centennial Campus, Ligon, Martin and Salem.
- High schools: Garner, Knightdale, Enloe, Leesville Road, Sanderson, Southeast Raleigh and Wake Forest-Rolesville.
