CS3 Technology Recognizes Brandi Clymer as the Recipient of the Protect Your Integrity Service Pillar Recognition
Being honest and setting realistic customer expectations are why Brandi Clymer is the recipient of this month’s Service Pillar recognition.
Tulsa, OK, March 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Brandi Clymer, CS3 Technology’s HR Consulting Manager, is the recipient of the “Protect Your Integrity” Service Pillar monthly recognition. While this program has been for recognizing customers, Brandi’s nominator felt she truly exemplified integrity with how she works with customers.
“Brandi is always truthful with customers and sets realistic expectations, which is one of the many reasons she is so successful,” said Brandi’s nominator, Cathey Pangborn, Senior Application Consultant with CS3 Technology. “She also has a way of delivering hard news to customers in a way that they accept. She communicates with integrity and with the customer’s best interest at heart. I have learned a lot from Brandi about helping customers set expectations properly.”
Brandi has been with CS3 Technology for 15 years. During this time she has worked with hundreds of customers on their implementations. Communication is critical to success as well as treating everyone with honesty and integrity. “Sometimes my job is to tell someone bad news or something that they don’t want to hear,” said Brandi. “While I don’t look forward to this, I do think about how I would want to be treated and just tell it like it is.”
