SEO for Religion Communicators
The Nashville Chapter of the Religion Communicators Council will learn about SEO from an Internet marketing expert on March 20th, 2013.
Nashville, TN, March 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Religion Communicators Council (RCC) will hear from Dan York, Founder and CEO of Stellar E-Marketing. York, who is a seasoned entrepreneur, Internet marketing expert and administrative & marketing consultant, will speak to the Nashville RCC on the basics of search engine optimization.
In a recent blog post on his website, stellar-emarketing.com, York writes: “The concept is that the search engines are kind of like the phonebooks and catalogues of old. When people are looking for a product or service, they jump onto the Internet instead of cracking open Big Ole’ Yellow. And boy do they research.”
The RCC executive committee plans to have many similar types of talks in the future. “Any kind of communicator needs to know about SEO, social media, blogging and websites. It’s the world we live in today,” says Rev. Brian Fesler, President of the Nashville chapter. Fesler says the group intends to hear from professionals in TV news media, blogging, websites, e-newsletters and more.
The Nashville RCC meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 11:30am-1:00pm. Members of the RCC come from many different religions and backgrounds including Baptist, Jewish, Baha’i, Scientology, Muslim and Methodist among others.
