The Aqua League's "Fiction" Becomes Reality in Fast 6

Brooklyn, NY, March 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Ironhorse Music Group in-house production team The Aqua League's song "Fiction" has been included in Universal Pictures Fast and Furious 6 starring Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. "Fiction," performed by IHMG alternative Hip-Hop band Euphon, is now the third penned and produced track by The Aqua League that has been featured in the adrenaline-filled driving franchise.

In 2011, Doug Simpson's "Big City" featuring Slim and Euphon's "OA" both appeared in Fast Five starring Vin Diesel and Paul Walker. Fast Five debuted on April 29th of that year and went on to become a summer blockbuster, grossing $626 million dollars internationally and domestically.

Since 2005, The Aqua League has written, performed and/or produced songs that have been featured across various television shows and special programming for MTV, MTV2, The Speed Network, VH1 and Bravo including Millionaire Matchmaker, True Life, Made, My Super Sweet 16, MTV's Fat Camp, MTV Cribs and Kathy Griffin's My Life on The D-List to name a few. Their work has also been a part of independent films such as Rivers Wash Over Me and DVD releases such as Run's House and Owen Smith's Anonymous.

In 2012, The Aqua League became the recipient of the ASCAP Plus Award, an award from the performing rights organization which recognizes a songwriterʼs creative contribution to American music.

Fast & Furious 6 is set to hit theaters Friday, May 24th, 2013.
