Medical Staffing Network Healthcare, LLC (MSN) announces the Nurse of the Month contest winner for February. The contest honors exceptional local nurses.
Boca Raton, FL, March 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Medical Staffing Network Healthcare, LLC (MSN) is pleased to announce the Nurse of the Month contest winner for February. The contest, which the Company co-sponsors with local radio station KOOL 105.5, honors exceptional local nurses. The contest is promoted on the “Mo and Sally Show” and nominations are open to the public via the station’s website.
February 's Nurse of the Month winner is Jane Senick, RN, a charge nurse in the ambulatory care unit at Delray Medical Center who has more than 20 years of experience. The person who nominated Jane said, “I am a mother of two young beautiful daughters and have been out of the nursing field for five years. Jane recently hired me in her unit and provided me the encouragement and support I needed to re- enter the working world. She helped me build my self-confidence and skills to provide competent and compassionate care. Jane is a true inspiration and loved by both patients and co-workers. Her ability to put a smile on everyone's face is incredible! She is a great woman and nurse!”
Of her award, Jane said, “It came as a complete shock to me. I did not believe it at first, but when I saw the staff gather around the nurses’ station and cheer I knew it was real. To be recognized by your peer is truly rewarding and knowing you may have an impact on others has been most gratifying.”
On February 28th, MSN’s Chief Nursing Officer, Patricia Layton, RN and Vice President of Human Resources Kim Jones presented several prizes to Jane at its corporate headquarters, including gift certificates from Jupiter Uniforms and Trattoria Romana, and a Swedish massage package from SiSpa.
