Az Music Showdown Pulls Trigger on Last Draw at the Final Round of Music Competition
The Arizona Music Showdown will hold its Finals at the Mesa Arts Center. 6-Qulifying Bands will compete for the top 3 prizes from Phoenix-based recording studios and record labels. The music ranges from pop to jazz and it is an opportunity to come out and support these bands from across Arizona. Saturday, March 23rd at the Mesa Arts Center. Doors open at 4:00PM
Phoenix, AZ, March 16, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Only 6 bands will compete for the ultimate chance to become Arizona’s top local band.
Arizona Music Showdown, the brainchild of AzCulture and Jobing.com Arena Staff, will showcase its final round of competition as a premier event created to provide up and coming local performers with the chance to become Arizona's next great band.
After several rounds of heavy competition, only 6 bands have emerged to compete for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes. The top three bands will receive a recording deal from three separate music labels: Electric Lotus Studio, Jivemind Cooperative Music Lab, and Shades of Green Records; plus cash value certificates from Sam Ash Music and publishing from Moorish Manor Publisher. The grand prize winning band will receive the ultimate Entertainment Coaching prize from Celtic Touch.
With every round of competition, each band has received specific instructions enabling them to improve their performance and elevate their presence throughout the music market. Now they are ready to perform for an audience of adoring fans and prove they are ready to jumpstart their career in the industry and business of music.

The last draw will take place on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Mesa Arts Center Nesbitt-Elliott Playhouse at 4:00PM. Tickets are just $20 and go on sale to the public on Sunday, March 17, 2013. Children 2 years and under are free.

The Arizona Music Showdown and Festival, produced by AZCulture in partnership with Jobing.com Arena, is a Statewide Talent Competition running from December 14, 2012 through March 23, 2013. The mission of this event is to educate up and coming artists on the qualities and expectation of performing artists and to assist in the development of their careers.
