About Carolyn A. Cohee
Carolyn A. Cohee was born in Dover, Delaware. She is currently the Maintenance and Operations Central District Chief of Operations Manager and Estimator at the Delaware Dept. of Transportation. Ms. Cohee attained her A.A.S in Architectural Design Technology and her A.A.S. in Construction Management Technology at Delaware Technical and Community College. In addition, she attained her B.S. and M.S.M. in the Leadership Organization Program and is an Ed.D. candidate at Wilmington University. Ms. Cohee’s extensive work experience includes Electrical Designer at the Becker Morgan Group in Odessa, Delaware; Environmental Project Specialist at Nanticoke Health Services in Seaford, Delaware and Quality Control Manager at Pride Enterprises in Norristown, Pennsylvania. She is affiliated with the National Association of Women in Construction.
