The owner’s asked Bonnie Bagley Catlin to assist the builder, as they designed the master suite with a contemporary built in look around the master bed. The cabinetry around the bed looks to be ordinary but has a hidden panel at the end that is actually the swinging door that leads to the master bathroom.
While planning this remodel it was the suggestion of Certified Interior Designer Bonne Bagley Catlin that there be a structural wall built between the bathroom and the bedroom cabinetry in order to reduce the noise of the running water and to support the glass that is above the built in cabinetry, significant coordination and space planning they executed to optimize the space and retain the home's integrity. The client is in love with the outcome of her master suite features and highlights.
