Minerva and Accedo Announce Definitive Partner and Resale Agreement
Agreement enables resale of Accedo applications and marks start of collaborative development of applications to support evolving needs of pay TV service providers.
London, United Kingdom, March 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Minerva Networks, a leading provider of software solutions for the delivery of television services, and Accedo, the global market leader in TV application solutions, today announced a partner and global resale agreement. Accedo will become a Minerva preferred partner for app stores and applications, and Minerva will resell Accedo’s application services worldwide. Service providers will be able to seamlessly integrate Accedo’s rich application solutions and content with Minerva’s award winning iTVFusion platform to deliver a compelling and intuitive television experience.

The resale portion of the agreement simplifies the licensing process and costs traditionally associated with third-party applications integration..
