Koka Veera Raghava Rao Joins Crowdnetic as Vice President of Data Management

New York, NY, March 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Crowdnetic announced today that Koka Veera Raghava Rao has recently been named Vice President of Data Management. Koka will be responsible for enhancing the information technology infrastructure that is central to Crowdnetic’s mission of providing transparency to the crowdfunding industry.

Koka comes to Crowdnetic with over 13 years of experience in managing mission critical database technologies in the financial services industry. Most recently, Koka served as the manager of technical services for Interactive Data. While there, he built a database team responsible for managing large-scale deployments of Oracle and Sybase databases.

Koka has deep experience in implementing high availability, disaster recovery, data protection, SOX/SAS70 compliance and backup & recovery solutions. He has also held senior level positions at Oracle Corporation, providing sophisticated technology solutions to high-end clients. He holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Communication Systems from ITBHU in India.
