The Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County will feature 60 homes on tour for March 23-24. This free, self-guided tour will run for one weekend from 12 to 5 p.m. each day, and feature new neighborhoods and upcoming home design trends throughout the Triangle. “New construction continues to rise and the new construction sector continues to see an upswing in permits for 2013,” said Tim Minton, the executive vice president of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. “Based on numbers from Wake County, the average permit value is at $213K. This weekend is a great time to explore new homes.”
This free, self-guided tour will run for one weekend from 12 to 5 p.m. each day, and feature new neighborhoods and upcoming home design trends throughout the Triangle. Some homes will be decorated and some will just show the finished space, but all of the homes are new construction. This year’s Spring New Home Tour will feature 60 homes priced from $159,700 - $979,900. Just over half of the homes fall between the price range of $200,000 - $400,000.
The subdivisions with the largest collection of home on tour are Heritage with 11 homes, and 12 Oaks, Bella Casa & Renaissance Park with three each. Below is the breakdown of where the homes are located:
