Winners of the World's Best Customer Video Contest Announced
Customer Reference Forum announces the winners of the 2013 World's Best Customer Video Contest.

In the category of customer videos produced for $5,000 or less, the winner is Box, for its San Francisco Giants video.
In the category of customer videos produced for more than $5,000, the winner was PTC for its "Thrill Seeker" video.
The contest was run by the 2013 Summit on Customer Engagement. Celebrity judges included broadcast director and writer, Lisa Weber and NY Times bestselling author, Vince Poscente, along with the following members of the Customer Reference Forum Advisory Board:
