Now Available on DVD, the Australian feature film “Face to Face” features a stellar ensemble cast with some of Australia’s leading actors, and directed by Michael Rymer (Queen of the Damned, Battlestar Galactica).

“Face to Face” a compelling drama based almost entirely in a single setting, is the story about a young construction worker who is charged with assaulting his boss. Rather than confronting court, he’s given the chance to explain his actions around ten people at a community conference, a form of mediation to avoid official legal proceedings. This “face-to-face” confrontation between the young man, his boss, his boss's wife, coworkers, best mate and mother, lifts the lid not only on his dysfunctional life but also on their workplace dirty laundry, turning all of their lives upside down.
“When I read the play, I laughed, I cried – I couldn’t believe that I could ever care so much about such an ordinary scenario. This is a little movie, with big ideas. With all the strife in the world, human nature being what it is, and history not really offering any positive examples, I’ve often wondered if there’s any way out, this story shows us that perhaps there is,” states Rymer.
