New Internet Evangelism Ebook Offered Free
Lynchburg, VA, August 10, 2007 --(PR.com)-- A free ebook on internet evangelism by educator and mediastrategy consultant Dan Henrich was published last week in Lynchburg, VA. The book, Internet Evangelism for the 21st Century, is based on the workshops conducted at the “Internet Evangelism for the 21st Century” Conference held in 2005 at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia. Over 150 attended and it was video streamed live to viewers around the world.
“After the conference we reformatted the video recordings and offered them free online,” commented Dan Henrich. “So far, the http://ie-21stcentury.com/ website has had thousands of viewings and downloads of these workshops. We decided that a printed reference edition would be a great addition to the body of knowledge and started the work earlier in the year.” Topics addressed in the book include; Evangelistic follow-up systems; Making Cultural Connections; Internet Evangelism and the 3rd World; Blogging; Vblogging; New Technology and Trends for the Future; Making Virtual Connections; How to minister to your virtual audience; and Evangelism and Virtual Interactive Worlds.
This volume contains the transcripts of the 21 workshops by well-known practitioners of
Internet Evangelism.: Sterling Huston, Billy Graham Center; David Bruce of www.HollywoodJesus.com; Allan Beeber, developer of www.evangelismtoolbox.com; speaker Rusty Wright, www.probe.org/Rusty; Karen Schenk of www.truthmedia.com; Greg Outlaw, developer of www.Allaboutgod.com; Chris Forbes, www.ministrymarketingcoach.com; Andrew Sears, www.techmission.org; John Edmiston, www.Cybermissions.org; Rowland Croucher, www.jmm.aaa.net.au; Harry Sova, www.ccblog.org; Todd Smith of Liberty University; Nick Ciske, www.emergingjournal.com; Steve Knight, www.realityblogs.com; DJ Chung; Aaron Flores, www.theVoiz.com; and Will Samson.
“As the conference organizer, I had met many of them in cyberspace and through the process got to know them in person,” Henrich commented.
