The reviewers praised the provision of top tasks on the website stating that they “worked well.”
The Council was one of only 15% to receive the new mobile standard. The reviewers described accessing services on their mobile site as, “Simple form to complete with no need to register or give contact details… the “report it” form is designed for a mobile - great. Good to see a sensible approach to cut down content for a mobile. Hooray!”
