Agentek Appoints Jon VerSteeg as Chief Financial Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate financial management, VerSteeg has played key roles for a number of technology-based companies managing numerous mergers and acquisitions, venture financings and complex operational challenges. He will direct Agentek's financial operations, including accounting and administrative functions.

He received a BBA from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.
