Innflux Grows Customer Base Through Vector 180 Purchase
Chicago, IL, March 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Innflux, a premium wireless high speed Internet access (HSIA) provider based out of Chicago, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Vector 180, a competitor in the hospitality wireless network industry. The acquisition moves more than 80 properties into the Innflux customer base and expands its East Coast presence.
According to Chris Drinkall, VP of Technical Support at Innflux, “We are excited to deliver premium HSIA service to these new properties. Innflux has an excellent team of trained network technicians prepared to assist with all of their network needs, and we look forward to helping these properties provide the best Internet experience for their guests.”
With its focus on customer satisfaction and premium services, Innflux is prepared to be a driving force in the maturation of the HSIA industry. By partnering with smaller, fragmented players, Innflux promises to deliver the highest quality service to their clients once under the Innflux umbrella. As guest Internet access is increasingly important for guest satisfaction, many large hospitality companies have started to enforce standards for their hotels’ guest networks. Innflux networks are designed to meet or exceed all of these standards. Through Innflux’s focus on partnerships, the Company is able to deliver highest-quality brand compliant solutions to clients that were previously falling short of stated standards.
