All Points Logistics Awarded NASA Human Health and Institutional Management Support (HHIMS) Prime Contract

Merritt Island, FL, March 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) announced the award of the Human Health and Institutional Management Support (HHIMS) prime contract to All Points Logistics (APL). The firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a three year base, two one-year options and an estimated contract value of $16 million. The work will be performed at NASA JSC, supporting the NASA Human Health and Performance (HH&P) directorate.

APL will be responsible for executing HH&P’s operational tasks in the fields of program/project management; management, scientific, and technical consulting; IT professional services, including network administration, security and help desk services; configuration management; property management; education and outreach management/training; logistics; and other administrative and professional services.

President and Chief Executive Officer Phil Monkress stated, “The APL team is honored to have been selected for HHIMS and excited to fulfill this new role with our NASA JSC customer. The award of the HHIMS contract makes APL’s Houston Division the largest contingent of employees for the company.” APL also provides software development and IT professional services as a subcontractor on the International Space Station and Orion Programs in Houston.
