Homemade Energy Bar Mix Giveaway and Discount
San Francisco, CA, August 10, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Just when you thought energy bars couldn’t possibly break any new ground, a small company by the name of Matisse & Jack’s has emerged with the first energy bar mix. Sold under the name TrailBlaze and available in two flavors, Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Walnut, these easy mixes allow consumers to bake their own energy bars fresh at home.
Each package contains enough mix to produce nine organic oat-based bars that rival their pre-packaged competitors in nutrients and quality of ingredients. The mix is also dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan-friendly. Many consumers have already discovered the versatility of the TrailBlaze mixes, as quick and simple recipes for energy muffins, cookies, and granola bars are proudly displayed on the Matisse & Jack’s website.
To continue spreading the word about their products, Matisse and Jack’s is offering up a prize package of TrailBlaze mixes (and an M&J T-shirt) in the Go Dairy Free August monthly giveaway. For details on the giveaway visit www.godairyfree.org.
Above and beyond the prize giveaway, Matisse & Jack’s is offering a 20% discount to all consumers when they use the coupon code GODAIRYFREE33 at checkout, between now and September 30, 2007. Plus, when you purchase five or more boxes, Matisse & Jack’s will throw in free shipping.
For more information on Matisse & Jack’s or to order a supply of TrailBlaze Energy Bar Mix visit www.matisseandjacks.com
Matisse & Jack’s is doing their best to support environmental sustainability. While no other energy bar currently on the market has a recyclable wrapper, TrailBlaze mix (the equivalent of nine energy bars) comes in a fully-recyclable paperboard box made from 100% recycled paperboard (65% post-consumer) with soy ink printing. In order to keep the mix fresh, they do use a single plastic pouch, though they are currently seeking a biodegradable replacement option.
