Shiloh Farms® Introduces New Gluten-Free Line; Wholesome, Healthy Food Provider Announces More Than 30 Gluten-Free Products

New Holland, PA, March 29, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Today, Shiloh Farms® announced the introduction of a new line of certified gluten-free products. The new line will provide consumers with a wide selection of gluten-free products from a brand known for pure, wholesome and organic foods. In the fall of 2011, Shiloh Farms partnered with the Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Vision Impaired (SABVI) and Nuts About Granola (NAG) to convert a donated 19,000 square-foot manufacturing plant into a certified organic food production facility with an isolated and dedicated gluten-free space. Since then, the brand has been committed to bringing its certified gluten-free products to market. Those products range from lentils, to flour, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut sugar, and allergen-free chocolate chips. Many will also be certified organic and kosher, satisfying the special dietary needs of consumers across the nation.
