M SPACE Wins Four Awards at MBI’s 2013 World of Modular Convention

Park City, UT, March 31, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Modular Building Institute (MBI) honored M SPACE, a nationwide modular general contractor, with four Awards of Distinction at its annual World of Modular Convention in Scottsdale, AZ on March 19.

The MBI Awards of Distinction contest is the commercial modular industry’s premier awards program. Each project entry is reviewed by an impartial panel of construction and code experts, architects, engineers and marketing professionals. Building entries are judged on architectural excellence, technical innovation/sustainability, cost effectiveness and calendar days to complete.

M SPACE appreciates the honor and recognition from its colleagues for excellence in modular construction. The company won Best of Show and First Place in the Marketing Category for its newly designed and user-friendly website which highlights the capabilities of the company and the modular industry and showcases a large number of projects.

Adding to the list of awards, M SPACE received First Place in the Renovated Reuse Category for its 134,000 square foot temporary modular high school campus for Louisa County School District in Mineral, VA. This emergency response project took just two months to complete, allowing displaced faculty and students to quickly return to a normal class schedule.

In the Relocatable Education Category, M SPACE received Honorable Mention for its 34,000 square foot campus at Williston School District in Williston, ND. By utilizing pre-leased buildings, the school district reduced its environmental impact and M SPACE was able to quickly accommodate the school’s increased enrollment due to the oil boom.
