Texas Right of Way Associates Launches Innovative In-House Professional Land Survey Division

(Texas Right of Way Associates) announced today that they will begin offering a survey division in conjunction with their right of way acquisitions firm. “Our survey division offers over 70 years of combined experience in the field of professional land surveying,” says, Don Valden, CEO of TRWA, Inc. Targeting the Barnett Shale, and with statewide capabilities, the company will provide preliminary design survey, ALTA/ ASCM As-built, oil and natural gas pipeline alignment route and right of way surveys, construction staking and many other phases.

When Valden was asked why TRWA, Inc. wanted to get into the business of land survey, Valden answered “We noticed the largest disconnect in the right of way process is the communication between right of way agents and the survey company. With the survey and the right of way division under one roof, it will make us much more efficient and accountable to our clients. What also makes our in-house survey division different from the rest is the physical distance between the survey company and the right of way agents field office.
