Norwood, MA, April 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- IMC Radio’s “Plane Talk,” a live-streaming aviation Internet radio talk show sponsored by the IMC Club International, will be broadcasting live daily from the Sun’n Fun Radio studio at the 2013 Sun-n-Fun Fly-in and Expo in Lakeland, Florida, starting April 9 and continuing through April 12.
Sun-n-Fun Radio keeps you updated on scheduled events as well as special activities. It brings you interviews with a variety of interesting pilots, builders, aviation enthusiasts, and Sun-n-Fun exhibitors, sponsors & advertisers, as well as weather updates, traffic reports and major news stories.
The live broadcasts of “Plane Talk” will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (EST) on their Spreaker radio platform. Listeners can listen to the show at the IMC Club website, spreaker.com or an easy to use iPhone/iPad or Android Spreaker interface which is now available for download on the iTunes store.
Listeners can interact with the hosts, Dave Bashy, Derek Lagasse, and their guests by commenting in the show’s live “online chats” which are opened while the show is broadcasting. They can also tweet at @theplaneguys or simply stop by the Sun’n Fun Radio’s studio, at pavilion 29 and say hello.
Plane Talk is also available as a podcast on iTunes and other Internet media.
“We very much appreciate the Sun’n Fun radio crew for allowing us to use their studio at the show. We are looking forward to visit each other during broadcasts and having more sun and fun than a pilot is allowed to have,” said Derek Lagasee, producer and cohost.
After starting its regular broadcasts in November of 2011, IMC Radio quickly became one of the most popular stations in the entertainment/talk category on the “Spreaker Web Radio,” its main Internet radio stream provider. In 2011 the show was nominated for the “Spreaker Show of the Year Award.”
According to officials the show has more than 17,000 followers, and has been tuned into by more than 39,000 listeners.
“These are going to be our best Plane Talk broadcasts to date,” added host Dave Bashy.
