Foresight MDP adds regional blood bank to growing list of premier clients.

According to Foresight CEO Candido Segarra, MDP facilitators are well-prepared for the challenge after three years of relative experience developing leaders for another regional blood bank.
“We are very confident in our ability to give MEDIC’s managers the tools that they need to be more successful and elevate the company to a new and unprecedented level,” Segarra said.
MEDIC CEO Jim Decker said that he agrees with Segarra in that the development of a quality management staff is a worthy investment for any organization that wants to succeed.
“Our vision is to become a leader in the blood services industry through product and service diversification, and Foresight’s program is part of our plan to make that vision a reality in two years or less,” Decker said.
