LIST AG Opens Dedicated Asian Service Center
LIST AG announces the opening of the LIST Service Centre Asia in Singapore.
Charlotte, NC, April 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The location was established to provide after-sales and technical support in the Asian region, expanding the company’s ability to maintain close relationships and collaboration with customers. Mr. Rick Wong has joined LIST AG to manage the facility.
Over the last several years, Asia has emerged as a key market for LIST`s unique kneader reactor technology. Customers employ LIST’s Dry Processing technology for polymerization, and other high-viscosity processing applications such as TDI recovery.
LIST Service Centre Asia will serve as the LIST service hub for the region, enabling customers to receive the technical support they need to maximize uptime and process productivity.
Customers will be able to take advantage of LIST’s coordinated Life Cycle Management (LCM), which provides services for all stages of operation including maintenance support and training.
Mr. Wong has more than 20 years of experience in after-sales and technical support for processing equipment in the Asia-Pacific region. One of his goals is to promote LIST’s strong capabilities by expanding and supporting the quality of the after-sales program in Asia.
“The expanded presence of LIST AG in Asia, along with Mr. Wong’s proven leadership ability, will enable us to deliver the innovative technology and proactive service that our customers expect,” said Martin Fischer, CEO of LIST AG.
LIST’s core technology was developed over 40 years ago by Heinz List, an exceptionally gifted inventor. In the beginning, the technology was applied to processes requiring drying, mixing and reacting of viscous, sticky and crumbly products. Only later did LSIT realize that this technology is especially suited to Dry Processing too. From then on, LIST focused the development of their technology specifically on such processes.
