Henderson Franklin Welcomes Attorney Christina O'Brien to Family Law Team

O’Brien concentrates her family law practice in matters of dissolution of marriage (divorce), custody, paternity, child support, domestic violence injunctions, post-judgment modifications and dependency issues. Throughout her career, she has handled and tried both jury and non-jury trials in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit (Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry and Glades Counties) and the Twelfth Judicial Circuit (Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties) in Florida. She is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts. Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, O’Brien had her own practice in Fort Myers where she handled family law and civil cases.
O’Brien is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Association. She is active in the Southwest Florida community, serving on the Southwest Florida Television Advisory Board. She also volunteers for the Running Club at St. Francis Xavier School.
O’Brien received her undergraduate degree (cum laude) from the University of Tampa (1996) and her law degree from Florida State University (2000).
