Catapult Systems Turns to Rise Performance Group to Accelerate Growth of Managers' Leadership Skills
IT consulting company Catapult Systems is using the CheckPoint 360 tool from Rise Performance Group to enhance the leadership skills of its business unit and other managers.
Dallas, TX, April 05, 2013 --(PR.com)-- In an initiative to accelerate the growth of leadership skills among first and second level managers, Catapult Systems, a national IT consulting company, is now working with Rise Performance Group using the CheckPoint 360 leadership assessment tool.
Catapult Systems, based in Austin, Texas, is growing quickly, adding scores of employees each year as it develops and delivers technology solutions to customers nationwide. The 350-employee company has nine offices across the U.S. and turned to Rise Performance Group to help its business unit managers and other managers accelerate the growth of their leadership skills.
With the CheckPoint 360 system, managers receive feedback on their leadership skills from their superiors, their peers, and the people they manage. The tool focuses on eight management competencies, and once the assessment is complete, managers receive individual development plans and guidance regarding ways they can improve and be more effective. Subsequent applications of the CheckPoint 360 system can then assess how well managers have improved.
