Sutor Announces D.C. Comedian Earthquake to Perform Aug. 17 at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino

Out of Washington, D.C., Earthquake will bring his stand-up show of improvisational and observational comedy, hitting on African-American culture, relationships and more.
