Bowling Center Lynnwood Bowl and Skate to Host Operation Military Family Fundraiser
Lynnwood, WA, April 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Lynnwood based bowling and family entertainment center, Lynnwood Bowl and Skate has just announced that they will be hosting a fundraiser to benefit local military families this April. Renowned artist Steven Hartley of Muggshotz Caricatures will be at the Lynnwood Bowl and Skate to attempt to break the unofficial world record for the most caricatures drawn in one hour – 129. The event will take place on April 21st between 5pm and 7pm.
With many military families requiring additional assistance during and after serving our country, it’s imperative that local organizations support such military members and their families. That’s why the team at Lynnwood Bowl and Skate is now presenting local area families across the Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace areas the opportunity to give back to military members within their own communities.
As part of this latest event to be held at the Lynnwood Bowl and Skate bowling center, guests to the venue will have the opportunity to both have their caricature drawn by Steven Hartley or simply attend and watch as he attempts to break the unofficial world record. There is a $10 fee for any guests who wish to have their caricature completed, and a $5 fee for those who simply want to attend to watch the festivities unfold. All proceeds will go to the non-profit Operation Military Family. This will be a great time for all and a fun way to support local military families.
