Letao Qin Named Vice President for 2013-2014 Term

The NCCBA serves as a major catalyst in bridging the China-North Carolina business relationship. Qin, who is a native of China and is fluent in Mandarin, holds a doctorate in astrophysics and has a wealth of engineering and legal experience.
