New Exchangeable Turbine Flow Sensor Ideal for Low Flow Pharmaceutical and Industrial Applications
Clark Solutions’ PFAD Disposable Turbine Flow Sensor is designed for applications with flow rates of .06 lpm to 20 lpm, accuracy 1% of reading. PFAD Flow Sensors feature an easy-to-replace, ultra-lightweight turbine assembly.
Hudson, MA, April 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Clark Solutions introduces the Model PFAD Exchangeable Turbine Flow Sensor. Originally designed for the pharmaceutical industry, the PFAD sensor enables users can quickly exchange flow tubes in many biomedical, chemical feed, and flow control loop applications.
Clark’s new Model PFAD Turbine Flow Sensor features PFA wetted parts with ruby bearings to meet US Pharmacopeia Class VI requirements. These sensors are chemical and corrosion resistant, making them ideal for applications in both the pharmaceutical and industrial marketplace.
Optional elements built into the PFAD Flow Sensor circuit include a programmable K factor, flow switch, and a programmable batch feedback function for pump control. External electronic packages for converting from the digital output to analog (4-20 mA) are readily available. Other options include a professional solid batch and flow controller that can be used as a monitor and/or totalizer, and a switch module for use with the optional built-in flow switch and batch functions.
Clark Solutions has a fifty-year history of providing unique solutions to the control, measurement, and monitoring of flow, energy, pressure, force, and level in liquids and gases. Located in Hudson, Massachusetts, the company offers a wide variety of instruments, including devices to record, monitor, and control flow, velocity, pressure, temperature, humidity, level, gas concentration, energy, and other properties. Pump offerings include pumps for liquids, gases, and air, including peristaltic pumps, piston pumps, diaphragm pumps, rotary vane pumps, gear pumps, impeller pumps, centrifugal pumps, and bellows pumps. Clark Solutions also provides a wide range of valves, including pneumatic valves, inert isolation valves, solenoid operated valves, valve actuators, pinch valves, manifold valves, ball valves, globe valves,
