Joining Reinhart, Ann Arbor’s definitive market leader, are Cassiana Ebert, Joe Neely, Cynthia Smigielski, and Jim Woltersom.
Cassiana Ebert is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese. She has been living in the Saline/ Ann Arbor area since 1993. Most recently she worked as the owner and operator of a home-based bakery business making and selling desserts. She has been active in many organizations, including at St. Andrew Church in Saline, the Junior League and participated in fund-raising initiatives to benefit Safe House, Great Commission Air and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. Joe Neely moved to Ann Arbor when he was 12 years old and has stayed in the area for over 40 years. Joe most recently worked for Meijer in Scio Township as a wine steward. Born and raised in Ohio, Cynthia Smigielski has joined the Charles Reinhart Company, Realtors. Cynthia attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and resided there until 1991. For the last 14 years, she has been a devoted stay at home mother who volunteered for both her children’s schools as a member of the Parent Teacher Organization, Run-A-Thon Chair Person, and a room parent. Cynthia previously worked at BFI Medical Waste Services as a Sales Manager for 10 years. A resident of southeast Michigan for 35 years, Jim Woltersom has joined the Charles Reinhart Company, Realtors. Jim worked for Terzo and Bologna, Inc. as a commercial appraiser. Jim also worked for TCF Bank for over 17 years as a Vice President of Commercial Appraisal and Corporate Facilities. His previous work as a commercial appraiser makes James well prepared for a career in commercial real estate.
